This Program goes for 4 Weeks and You get personal and group msgs 3 days of the week to help and support you through your growth, a pre- recorded video to explain each week with techniques explanation and application and 2 weekly zoom calls with a healing session for 30mins using the technique we just learnt, and for shares to what we have experienced each week.
